I am only part of your life

you are all of mine

By law I am still just property

but with you,

I have so much space to shine.

I am only part of your life

but forever to you I will stay true.

My owner, my parent, my protector-

with all of my heart, I will always protect her.

I am only part of your life

but by God I adore you in every weather.

I feel like we could face this whole world

never apart, always together.

I am only part of your life

and when nature takes me to heaven,

I'll watch over you always

as you 'Carpe Diem'
